LEGAL

Only the approval of 1/3 of the neighbours or 3/5 of the meeting participants is needed and that it does not affect the rest, according to article 17.1 of the Horizontal Property Law for the installation of renewable energies, the Law 49/1960 of July 21 and Royal Decree 244/2019, of April 5.
